Talent management
Talent management is the part that happens off camera. We represent the creator: the deals that come in, the ones worth taking, the contract, the fee, the calendar and the invoice.
What this covers
Representation
Brands reach the creator through us. The creator stays on the work; the negotiation, the paperwork and the chasing sit with us.
Rates and contracts
What the fee covers and what it does not: number of deliverables, revisions, exclusivity, and how long the brand may run the content as an ad.
Brand fit
Not every offer is worth taking. A category that does not fit the creator costs more in audience trust than it pays in fee.
Calendar
Shoot dates, delivery dates and publish dates in one place, so two brands do not land in the same week.
How it runs
- 01
Brief
We pin down the goal, the budget, the audience and the platform.
- 02
Longlist
We surface every creator who fits the criteria, using data.
- 03
Shortlist
We cut it down on audience quality and brand fit.
- 04
Launch
We run production, approvals and the publishing schedule.
- 05
Report
Results, and what they mean for the next campaign.

Questions
- What is the difference between talent management and influencer marketing?
- Influencer marketing works for the brand and runs a campaign. Talent management works for the creator and runs a career. We do both, but they are separate relationships and we keep them separate.
- How do you take on a creator?
- We look at the work and the audience, not only the follower count — what the person makes, who watches it and whether there is a category that fits them. Then we talk, because representation is a long relationship and it has to work both ways.
- Does the creator pay anything up front?
- No. Representation earns from the work it brings in, not from a fee charged to the creator.
- Is talent management the same as being a creator's manager?
- In practice, yes. In Turkish the role is often called an influencer manager (menajer): the person or agency that handles the creator's brand deals, contracts and calendar.
